The supplier of the product is Get Dressed OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the Seller), located at Pärnu mnt 139c/1, Tallinn Estonia, postal code 11317.
The terms and conditions of sale apply to the Get Dressed OÜ-owned www.getdressed.ee e-shop (hereafter E-shop) or an intermediating shop.
The terms and conditions of sale apply between the Seller and the person making a purchase in the online shop www.getdressed.ee or on one of the intermediary sites (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer).
The terms and conditions of sale govern the legal relationship between the Seller and the Buyer.
In matters not regulated in the terms and conditions of sale, the parties shall be governed by the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Estonia.
By completing the purchase in the e-shop, the Buyer confirms that he/she has read these terms and conditions of sale and agrees to abide by them.
The seller has the right to unilaterally modify the terms and conditions of sale without prior notice. The Buyer shall be bound by the terms and conditions of sale in force at the time of purchase.
2. Pricelist
The prices of the products offered by the seller are given in euros (unless indicated otherwise).
The prices include VAT, as Get Dressed OÜ is a VAT payer, VAT identification number: EE101701677.
Product prices do not include postage within Estonia. The buyer will have to pay for this separately, depending on the size and/or weight of the goods ordered. For postage costs and delivery conditions within Estonia, see section 4. Delivery of goods.
The price of the transport is automatically calculated on the assumption that one order is destined to one destination. In the event that the Buyer wishes to have the goods delivered to different addresses, separate orders must be placed or the request must be communicated to the Seller in a reproducible form.
The seller reserves the right to adjust prices. If the Buyer has placed an order before the price changes take effect, the price at the time the order, indicated on the invoice, was placed applies.
3. Conclusion of the contract
The Seller allows the Buyer to purchase the goods offered in the e-shop.
The sales contract between the Buyer and the Seller enters into force at the moment when the Buyer has made a purchase in the e-shop (has confirmed the shopping cart) and the Seller has confirmed the purchase by issuing an order confirmation and/or by sending an order confirmation/invoice to the Buyer's e-mail address.
The buyer can pay for the goods directly in the online bank or on the basis of an invoice sent to the e-mail address provided. The payment deadline is 2 days.
4. Delivery of goods
The delivery time for goods available on the spot (immediately available) in Estonia is equal to the time taken for the internal Estonian postal delivery, which is generally 1-4 working days.
Transport to Finland is generally 3-7 working days.
The Seller ships the Products to the Buyer on working days.
All orders over 65€ will be shipped free of charge by Smartpost and DPD. Free shipping applies only within Estonia. For smaller orders, the price will be based on the chosen postal service, size and weight of the goods. The exact transport price will be shown when placing the order.

If you ordered the goods to be delivered to a parcel locker (Smartpost, Dpd or Omniva), the Customer will receive a notification by SMS containing the security code needed to open the parcel locker.
The seller is not liable for any extension of the delivery time if the delivery time is extended due to the actions/omissions of the transport company. If the delivery time was extended due to the Seller's failure to perform its work or due to circumstances directly attributable to the Seller (e.g. the Seller did not post the goods to the Buyer even though they were in stock), the Seller is liable.
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when ordering the goods. Neither the Seller nor the postal service provider shall be liable for any delays or misunderstandings in the delivery of the Goods caused by inaccuracies in the information provided by the Buyer when placing the order.
5. Promotional Code
The promotional code is valid only in our online shop: www.getdressed.ee;
The promotional code must be entered in the "PROMOTIONAL CODE" field in the shopping cart and thereafter "confirm" is to be clicked;
Only one promotional code can be used per order and one promotional code is valid for one order only;
The promotional code is valid for 30 days from the date of issue in the GetDressed e-shop;
If you forgot to use the promotional code when placing your order, unfortunately it is no longer possible to add it manually afterwards;
An expired code is not renewable and will not be exchanged for a new code.
6. Processing of personal data
By using the e-shop, the Customer gives consent to the Seller (Get Dressed OÜ is the data processor) to process the Customer's personal data under the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement;
The personal data will be entered in the customer register and used for the provision of the service;
The Seller needs to transfer certain personal data to third parties in connection with the delivery of goods;
The Seller shall comply with the legislation and practices relating to the protection of personal data and shall not disclose the customer's personal data to unauthorised persons.
7. Liability and force majeure
The Seller shall be liable to the Buyer if the Seller has breached these terms and conditions and caused damage in the cases and to the extent provided for by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
The Customer shall be liable to the Seller if the Customer has breached these Terms and Conditions and caused damage in the cases and to the extent provided for by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia. Neither party shall be liable to the other party, and its conduct shall not be deemed a breach of these terms and conditions by reason of its delay in performing or failure to perform any of its obligations if the cause of such delay or failure was beyond its reasonable control (force majeure).
The Seller will not compensate the Customer for any moral damages that may be caused to the Customer as a result of changes to delivery times, prices and other conditions under these terms and conditions.
